Wrap Up

Week-end Wrap Up…

I’ve been participating in the FMS photo of the day on Instagram.  It’s been fun.  Thanks for the idea Mary!  The theme Saturday was together and that Southern Comfort with that rock was devine.

Started knitting a cowl requested for a pretty petite 2 year old.  I’m afraid even my 20 stitches may be too wide but time will tell.  I’ll post if for you when it’s done.  I made it up myself

I didn’t cook one thing. J

We attended a hockey game at my alma mater this past weekend. One of Dan’s pals was in town on the opposing team so we took a ride over to watch.  I think they broke a record for broken sticks.  I also think I’ve got my hockey quota complete for 2013. Nice.

It’s time for the cold to break.  Like many of you are saying, it’s time for January to move along.  The dishwasher is frozen and the icemaker is broken.  Here’s to homeownership!

How was your weekend?

That drink looks awfully tempting right about now. My weekend was just right.

I think I would like some of what is in that glass. : )

I will be awaiting your cowl because I know it will be amazing.

sounds like that drink might've been the best part of your weekend :-) (is that a granite ice cube? saw those at a gift shop in Florida and wondered how they worked...and are they heavy?)

my weekend was a whirlwind of driving home (saturday) and trying to get back to some semblance of normal (sunday, monday...maybe tomorrow too).

have a great week!

We live in a condo and still have broken pipes to deal with, however, the nice thing is the HOA pays for the repairs. Hope you get a little warmth soon!

Oh, honey, cooking is overrated and you know it. I'm so glad it was a nice weekend.

I knit cables and did laundry. Shocking, right? ;^)

Sounds just divine! Brian used to play hockey. Every time he broke a stick (which was often), Tom and I would just cringe and think. . . another $300. (Tuition is nothin' after hockey. . .)
